Meat Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Slider Assembly:
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices American cheese, halved
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the meat: In a skillet, cook ground beef, sausage, and onion until browned. Drain excess grease. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Assemble sliders: Slice buns, spread mayo, add meat mixture, cheeses, pickles. Top with bun halves. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake: Cover with foil, bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!
