Filling:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Prepare mushrooms: Arrange the mushroom caps cavity-side up on the sheet after removing the stems.
- Make filling: In a skillet, sauté butter, garlic, onion, mushroom stems, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Remove from heat and mix in breadcrumbs, cheddar, Parmesan, parsley, and cream.
- Fill mushrooms: Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap.
- Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
- Serve: Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
