Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake:
24 ounces cream cheese, softened, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 3 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup heavy cream
For the Peanut Butter Swirl:
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, food coloring (optional)
For Garnish:
chocolate sauce or peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese. Add 3/4 cup sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar. Drop spoonfuls over the cheesecake batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Divide batter and color. Pour into crust. Bake for 55–65 minutes. Cool in the oven, then chill for 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish and serve.
