Instructions
- Blend Watermelon Mixture: In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, lemon juice, honey (or agave), and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
- Strain (Optional): Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the blended mixture into a pitcher and stir in the cold water. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Chill and Serve: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice. Garnish with mint, lemon slices, or watermelon wedges.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace half the water with club soda just before serving.
