For serving:

Instructions

  1. Blend Watermelon Mixture: In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, lemon juice, honey (or agave), and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain (Optional): Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Pour the blended mixture into a pitcher and stir in the cold water. Adjust sweetness to taste.
