- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Place the chicken pieces in the crockpot.
- Make Sauce: Whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken.
