Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetables and Garnish:

  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Place the chicken pieces in the crockpot.
  2. Make Sauce: Whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken.
