Description

Pasta:

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta, cooked and cooled

Salad:

  • 1 pound thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add cooled pasta to the dressing, toss to coat. Gently fold in bacon, tomatoes, red onion, and lettuce.
