- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the beef and onions: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion, cook until beef is browned and onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Prepare the cabbage mixture: Stir in cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes until cabbage softens. Remove from heat and stir in cooked rice.
- Assemble and bake: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 more minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley before serving.
