- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granola
Instructions
- Prepare the Blend: Add the strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender to combine all the primary flavors.
- Blend Smooth: Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary to ensure an even texture.
- Add Granola to Molds: Spoon a small amount of granola into the bottom of each popsicle mold to add a crunchy layer.
- Fill the Molds: Pour the strawberry yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
- Insert Sticks: Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and gently tap them to remove any trapped air bubbles, ensuring even freezing.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or until fully solidified.
- Unmold Popsicles: To release the popsicles, briefly run the molds under warm water and gently remove each popsicle for serving.
Notes
- For extra nutrition, blend in a handful of spinach or chia seeds before freezing.
- You can substitute strawberries with other berries like blueberries or raspberries.
