Description

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with this delightful Shamrock Lasagna Dessert. Layers of mint chocolate cookie crust, creamy cheesecake filling, pistachio-vanilla pudding, and whipped topping create a festive and delicious treat.

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping, divided

For the Pudding Layer:

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Topping:

  • Remaining whipped topping
  • Green or shamrock-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and milk, then fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
  3. Prepare the Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened. Add green food coloring if desired and spread over cream cheese layer.
  4. Top and Chill: Top with remaining whipped topping, sprinkle with green decorations, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
