- 1 cup whipped topping, divided
For the Pudding Layer:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- Green food coloring (optional)
Topping:
- Remaining whipped topping
- Green or shamrock-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch dish.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and milk, then fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
- Prepare the Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened. Add green food coloring if desired and spread over cream cheese layer.
- Top and Chill: Top with remaining whipped topping, sprinkle with green decorations, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
