- 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 cups chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 medium apple, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 (1.75 oz) package fruit pectin (powdered)
- 5 cups granulated sugar

- Prepare the Fruit: In a large pot, combine cranberries, strawberries, apple, orange zest and juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Cook for 10–15 minutes until the fruit breaks down slightly.
- Add Pectin and Sugar: Stir in the pectin and bring the mixture to a boil. Add the sugar, return to a boil, and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Jar the Jam: Ladle hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving space at the top. Seal and process in a water bath or refrigerate.
