Ground Beef Mixture:

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with juices
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Layer Casserole: Spread uncooked rice on the bottom, then add beef mixture, diced tomatoes, corn, and cheddar cheese. Pour beef broth over the dish.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes until bubbly. Let it rest before serving. Garnish with parsley.
