Description

Delicious Snickers Brownie Bites combine rich, fudgy brownies with chunks of fun-size Snickers bars, topped with semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzled caramel sauce for an irresistible treat. Perfect for parties or a sweet snack, these mini brownies offer a delightful blend of chocolate, caramel, and nutty flavors in perfect bite-sized portions.

Ingredients

Scale

Brownie Batter

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as called for on the box)

Fillings and Toppings

  • 12 fun-size Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional, for garnish)
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Make Brownie Batter: Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions, combining the brownie mix with the required eggs, oil, and water.
  3. Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon the brownie batter into the mini muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full to leave room for the fillings.
  4. Add Snickers Pieces: Gently press a few chopped Snickers pieces into the center of each brownie cup ensuring even distribution of chocolate, caramel, and nuts.
  5. Bake Brownie Bites: Bake the bites in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted near the edge comes out mostly clean.
  6. Add Chocolate Chips: Remove the pan from the oven and immediately press a few semi-sweet chocolate chips into the top of each brownie bite while still warm.
  7. Cool: Let the brownie bites cool in the pan for about 10 minutes to firm up, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Finish and Serve: Once cooled, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired. Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed for best flavor.

Notes

  • You can use homemade brownie batter instead of boxed mix for a scratch-made version.
  • Warm the caramel sauce slightly for easier drizzling and a smoother finish.
  • Store leftover brownie bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days to maintain freshness.
