Sauce:
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the Linguini: Prepare linguini according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: In a skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes.
