Lasagna:
- 9 lasagna noodles

- 1/2 pound lump crab meat (drained if canned)

White Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles in salted water, then set aside.
- Cook Seafood: Sauté onion and garlic, add shrimp, scallops, crab, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Make White Sauce: Melt butter, whisk in flour, add milk and cream. Stir in Parmesan, lemon zest, and parsley.
- Assemble Lasagna: Layer noodles, seafood mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, and white sauce. Repeat layers. Top with mozzarella.
- Bake: Cover and bake for 25 minutes, then bake uncovered until golden. Rest before slicing.
