Cheese Mixture:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Additional Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound ground pork sausage, browned and drained
- 4–5 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Add in sausage, jalapeños, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture: Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Add breadcrumb topping: Toss panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the dip.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with chips, crackers, or bread.
