Description

Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 pound ground pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 45 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Add in sausage, jalapeños, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture: Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add breadcrumb topping: Toss panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the dip.
