Description

Cauliflower Bites:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
  3. Roast Cauliflower: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan. Roast for another 10–15 minutes until golden.
  4. Finish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with lemon wedges.

  • For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2 minutes.
