Cauliflower Bites:
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Roast Cauliflower: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan. Roast for another 10–15 minutes until golden.
- Finish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2 minutes.
- These are a great low-carb appetizer or side dish.
- Nutritional yeast can be used as a dairy-free alternative.
