Roasted Garlic:
- 2 whole garlic bulbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the garlic: Slice the tops off the garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35–40 minutes until golden and soft.
- Prepare the dip: Squeeze roasted garlic into a bowl, mash into a paste. In a bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth. Add garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Chill and serve: Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with chives before serving.
