Main Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups cooked rajma (kidney beans), drained and mashed
- 1 small potato, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- salt to taste
For Cooking:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 6 slider buns

- lettuce
- tomato slices
- onion rings
- mint chutney or mayo
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed rajma and potato, then add onion, breadcrumbs, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt. Mix well.
- Shape Patties: Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape into patties.
- Cook Patties: Cook the patties in oil until golden and crisp on both sides.
- Assemble Sliders: Toast buns, spread mint chutney or mayo, place a patty, and add lettuce, tomato, and onion. Serve.

- You can add grated carrots or beets for extra texture and nutrition.
- If the mixture is too soft, add more breadcrumbs for binding.
