Description

These Rajma Kebab Sliders are a delightful twist on traditional sliders, featuring spiced kidney bean patties served on mini buns with refreshing toppings. Perfect for parties or as a lunchbox treat!

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups cooked rajma (kidney beans), drained and mashed
  • 1 small potato, boiled and mashed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • salt to taste

For Cooking:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 6 slider buns
  • Toppings:

    • lettuce
    • tomato slices
    • onion rings
    • mint chutney or mayo

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed rajma and potato, then add onion, breadcrumbs, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Shape Patties: Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape into patties.
  3. Cook Patties: Cook the patties in oil until golden and crisp on both sides.
  4. Assemble Sliders: Toast buns, spread mint chutney or mayo, place a patty, and add lettuce, tomato, and onion. Serve.

Notes

  • You can add grated carrots or beets for extra texture and nutrition.
