Rack of Lamb:

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Fig Sauce:

  • 1 cup dried figs (halved)
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the lamb: Rub the lamb with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
