Description
This quick and refreshing mango iced tea is the perfect drink for a hot summer day. Made with fresh mango puree and black tea, it’s sweet, fruity, and incredibly thirst-quenching.

For the Mango Puree:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup water
For the Iced Tea:
- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar, or to taste
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Mango Puree: In a blender, combine the diced mangoes and water. Blend until smooth. Strain the puree to remove any fibers or chunks.
- Prepare the Tea: In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and stir in honey or sugar until dissolved.
- Combine: In a pitcher, mix the mango puree with the brewed tea. Stir well to combine.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the mango iced tea until cold. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness of the iced tea by adding more or less honey/sugar according to your preference.
- Feel free to customize this recipe by adding a splash of lemon juice for a tangy twist.
