Description

These Pull-Apart Cheeseburger Sliders are a fun twist on classic sliders, perfect for parties or quick family dinners. With layers of seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, and condiments on soft slider buns, these baked sliders are sure to be a hit!

For the Beef Mixture:

  • 1½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls)
  • 10–12 slices cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup dill pickle chips
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet, sauté onion in olive oil. Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Slice slider buns in half. Place bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread beef mixture over buns. Drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Add cheese slices and pickles. Top with remaining bun halves.
  4. Bake: Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with foil, bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
