Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add frozen pineapple chunks, ripe banana, vanilla protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, ground turmeric, ground ginger, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup if using, and ice cubes into a high-speed blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if needed to ensure even blending.
- Adjust Consistency and Sweetness: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more honey or maple syrup for sweetness, or additional almond milk or ice cubes for thickness as desired.
