Bread:
- 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
Cheese Filling:
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
For Serving:
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
- Prepare the Bread: Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Pour melted butter over everything and toss to coat. Transfer mixture to the bundt pan.
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
- Serve: Serve warm with marinara/pizza sauce for dipping.
