Instructions

- Combine: Gently fold whipped cream into pistachio pudding mixture until fully combined. Add green food coloring and chopped pistachios if desired.
- Assemble: Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve: Prior to serving, top with whipped cream and chopped pistachios.

- For a shortcut, use 2 cups of thawed whipped topping instead of homemade whipped cream.
