Ingredients

Smoked Sausage:

1 lb, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

Red Bell Pepper:

1, chopped

Yellow Bell Pepper:

1, chopped

Zucchini:

1, sliced

Yellow Squash:

1, sliced

Red Onion:

1, chopped

Baby Carrots:

1 cup, halved lengthwise

Olive Oil:

2 tablespoons

Garlic Powder:

1 teaspoon

Italian Seasoning:

1 teaspoon

Paprika:

1/2 teaspoon

Salt and Pepper:

Fresh Parsley:

Instructions
