Ingredients
Smoked Sausage:
1 lb, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

Baby Carrots:
1 cup, halved lengthwise

Instructions
- Preheat Skillet: Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the sausage slices until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
