Instructions

- Mix wet ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Add oats and raisins: Stir in oats and raisins until evenly distributed.
- Bake: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown but centers remain soft.
- Cool and enjoy: Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
