Liquid Base:
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
- 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free milk
Smoothie Base:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Additional:
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Add the cooled coffee, milk, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, nut butter, oats, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
- Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add Ice: Add ice and blend again until frothy and chilled.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use cold brew or espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- You can also add a scoop of protein powder to make it more filling.
