Pie Crust:
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
Filling:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
Topping:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare crust: Unroll the pie crust and cut into 12 small rounds. Press each round into a greased mini muffin tin, prick the bottoms with a fork, and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- Make filling: Cream butter and sugar, add melted chocolate and vanilla, then mix in eggs one at a time. Spoon or pipe filling into crusts and chill for 2 hours.
- Whip cream: Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
