Instructions
- Prepare the Oven and Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Cook the Spaghetti: Boil the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
- Mix the Creamy Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and drained Rotel. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the sauce is smooth and well blended.
- Combine Pasta and Chicken: Add the cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken to the creamy sauce mixture. Stir until the pasta and chicken are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
