- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup water
Wrap Assembly:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo or finely chopped tomatoes and onions
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil (optional for warming)
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Season the Beef: Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- Prepare the Wraps: Warm tortillas until soft. Place beef, cheese, and pico de gallo on each tortilla.
- Wrap and Cook: Fold the tortilla, roll tightly, and optionally warm in a skillet with butter or oil.
