Lobster Filling:

  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 tablespoons finely grated Gruyère cheese (or Parmesan)

Assembly:

  • 12 mini phyllo shells or puff pastry cups

Instructions
