Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9×5-inch loaf pans to prevent sticking during baking.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and ground ginger until evenly mixed and aerated.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, Libby’s pumpkin puree, and water until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined, taking care not to overmix to ensure a tender texture in the finished bread.
- Bake: Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared loaf pans. Place them in the preheated oven and bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaves comes out clean.
