- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp sesame oil

- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
For Serving:
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Heat sesame oil: In a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger: Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve over rice with green onions and steamed vegetables on the side.

Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and gochujang. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
