Cookies:
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- ½ cup granulated sugar

Glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Shape and bake: Roll dough into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheet, and bake for 8–10 minutes until bottoms are lightly golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
- Make glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Dip each cookie top into the glaze, add sprinkles, and let set.
