  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Fold in artichoke hearts and spinach.
