- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Fold in artichoke hearts and spinach.
