Instructions
- Marinate the Shrimp: Combine buttermilk and hot sauce in a bowl. Add shrimp, coat well, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the Coating: In a shallow dish, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
