Ingredients

Baby Back Ribs:

1 lb baby back ribs

Chicken Wings:

1 lb chicken wings

Smoked Sausage:

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into 2-inch pieces

Barbecue Sauce:

1/2 cup

Hot Honey:

1/4 cup

Apple Cider Vinegar:

2 tablespoons

Brown Sugar:

1 tablespoon

Smoked Paprika:

1 teaspoon

Garlic Powder:

1 teaspoon

Salt:

1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/2 teaspoon

Olive Oil:

1 tablespoon

Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, hot honey, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the ribs: Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, brush with the sauce mixture, cover with foil, and bake for 2 hours until tender.
  4. Cook the wings: Toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange wings on a baking rack set over a sheet pan and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through. During the last 10 minutes, brush with the sauce.
  5. Prepare the sausage: Grill or pan-sear the smoked sausage for 5–7 minutes until browned and heated through, then toss with a bit of the sauce.
  6. Finalize the ribs: When the ribs are done, uncover, brush with more sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until caramelized.
  7. Assemble the platter: Arrange everything on a large serving platter, drizzle with additional hot honey, and garnish with fresh parsley.
