Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Garnish:
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season Salmon: Pat salmon pieces dry and season with salt and black pepper.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Sear Salmon: Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and nearly cooked through.
- Add Sauce: Reduce heat, pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon. Toss gently and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with rice, noodles, or vegetables.
