  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Others:

  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or 12 shots espresso
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Extra pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, pumpkin purée, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Heat until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Using a milk frother or whisk, froth the mixture until foamy.
  4. Pour the hot coffee or espresso into a mug, then add the pumpkin milk mixture. Stir gently to combine.
