Ingredients
Scale
For the wraps:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
For the Big Mac sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickles
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until fully browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
- Prepare the Big Mac sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Assemble the wraps: Warm the flour tortillas. Layer lettuce, cooked ground beef, diced onion, cheddar cheese, and pickle slices down the center of each tortilla. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
- Optional: Toast the wraps in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes per side for a crisp finish. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For a leaner option, use ground turkey or chicken.
- Add sliced tomatoes or swap cheddar for American cheese for a more classic fast-food flavor.
