Instructions

  1. Mix the Meatball Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated onion, garlic, parsley, dill, mint, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing.
  2. Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs using your hands or a scoop.
  3. Cook the Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs in batches for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve: Drain on paper towels if needed and serve warm with tzatziki, lemon wedges, and a cucumber-tomato salad.
