- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Mix the Meatball Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated onion, garlic, parsley, dill, mint, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing.
- Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs using your hands or a scoop.
- Cook the Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs in batches for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels if needed and serve warm with tzatziki, lemon wedges, and a cucumber-tomato salad.
Notes
- These meatballs can also be baked at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
