Muffin Batter:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or by greasing lightly.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in Greek yogurt, honey, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry: Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake: Divide the batter into muffin cups and bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
