Scale

Hawaiian Turkey and Cheese Sliders:

  • 12-pack Hawaiian sweet rolls, sliced in half horizontally
  • ¾ pound deli sliced turkey breast

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare rolls: Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, then spread over the rolls. Layer turkey slices and cheese over the rolls. Add the top half of the rolls.
  3. Prepare butter mixture: In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, poppy seeds, minced onion, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
  4. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve: Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
