Ingredients
Fresh Oysters:
12 fresh oysters, shucked and on the half shell
Garlic Butter Mixture:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened), 3 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional), salt and black pepper to taste
Toppings:
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Top Oysters: Spoon garlic butter onto each oyster, sprinkle with Parmesan.
