Ingredients

Bread:

8 slices soft white bread (crusts removed)

Filling:

4 ounces cream cheese (softened), 1/2 cup strawberry jam or Nutella

Egg Mixture:

2 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:

2 tablespoons granulated sugar, a pinch of cinnamon

For Frying:

2 tablespoons butter

Serving:

Powdered sugar and maple syrup


Instructions
