- ¾ cup whole milk or heavy cream (plus 1 tablespoon for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gently fold in the goat’s cheese, green onions, and dill. Pour in the milk and stir just until the dough comes together.
- Shape and bake: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, pat into a round, and cut into wedges or shapes. Place on the baking sheet, brush with milk, and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Cool slightly before serving warm.
