Instructions

  1. Boil Water: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet or saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until softened.
  3. Cook Meat: Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until browned.
  4. Add Tomato: Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and oregano. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Finish Sauce: Stir in milk or cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer briefly.
