Brussels Sprouts:
- 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss Brussels sprouts: In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
