Ground Turkey Mixture:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
Garlic Butter and Vegetables:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional:
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the Skillet: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook Turkey: Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks, about 5–6 minutes.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: Push the turkey to one side of the pan and melt the butter on the empty side. Add garlic and onion, sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and softened.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir everything together in the skillet. Add cauliflower, paprika, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat evenly.
- Cook Cauliflower: Pour in the chicken broth, cover the skillet, and cook on medium-low heat for 10–12 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
- Finish and Serve: Remove the lid and cook uncovered for another 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan. Serve hot.
