Cheese Balls:
- 8 oz goat cheese (softened)
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Pinch of salt
Spicy Sage Honey:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4–5 fresh sage leaves (finely chopped or whole for garnish)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cheese Balls: In a bowl, mix goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Form 1-inch balls, coat in flour, egg, and panko. Fry in oil until golden.
- Spicy Sage Honey: Heat honey, add red pepper flakes, sage, and salt. Drizzle over cheese balls.

- You can prep and freeze the cheese balls ahead of time, then fry straight from frozen.
- The sage honey also works beautifully drizzled over roasted vegetables or biscuits.
